Biweekly Timesheet – This table archives how much period an employee spent on exchange tasks. Your employees will specify the perfect times they begin effective during the morning and the get older they log out. Then, the sum times spent upon individual tasks is calculated. As simple as that.

Ideally, these are required data fields for schedules:
- post and identification number of the employee, if applicable
- A series for each morning of the week
3. column for date, start and end time
- In some cases, a column listing overtime and ill days
- The place that managers and employees must sign to assert the accuracy of the instruction in the schedule
